The lawsuit itself looks rather curious, as it turned out that two key legal entities, headed by Lviv Mayor Andriy Sadovyi personally, decided to sue each other. This was reported by the Fourth Studio.
The Lviv City Council tried to overturn the decision of the executive committee of 2020 to issue urban planning conditions and restrictions to SV LLC for the reconstruction of a non-residential building on Hetman Mazepa Street in Lviv. However, the Lviv District Administrative Court dismissed the claim of the Lviv City Council against the Executive Committee of the Lviv City Council, leaving time for a possible appeal within the next 30 days.
