Prosecutor closes criminal case on sale of other people’s land by Lviv Mayor Sadovyi on the 10th day of war – lawyer Oleksiy Shevchuk

The scandalous criminal case of Lviv Mayor Andriy Sadovyi, who in 2016 sold land belonging to the neighboring Ryasne-Ruska community to a private investor, has taken a very unexpected turn. Investigators found that the criminal proceedings against Sadovyi for the sale of these 23 hectares of land in the suburbs of Lviv were closed on the 10th day of the full-scale invasion of the Russian army. At that time, there were no regions left in Ukraine where Russian missiles had not arrived, and few people were interested in their fate. The war turned out to be an excellent backdrop for closing the criminal case – Ukrainians were worried about completely different problems.

So it turns out that the Russian invasion “saved” Sadovyi from criminal liability? Now this looks very strange, as it is reported that the Lviv city hall is bringing an “international investor” to the same plot of land, who continues to work in Russia and pay taxes to the budget, sponsoring the Russian army and the killing of Ukrainians.
