Sadovyi and “his” developers: who controls 20 hectares on Pimonenko

The investigation into the criminal proceedings regarding possible illegal bonuses to Lviv Mayor Andriy Sadovyi is moving to active steps. In particular, it is planned to interrogate members of the Lviv City Council.
This was reported by Andriy Petryshyn, who made public the details of the case.
According to him, the Lviv Audit project found that in 2015-2025, Sadovyi could receive bonuses without the relevant decisions of the city council, which directly contradicts the requirements of the law.
Based on this information, Petryshyn filed a report of a possible crime. As a result, criminal proceedings were opened under Part 4 of Article 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – embezzlement of budget funds.
The investigation is being conducted by the Lviv regional police under the procedural supervision of the prosecutor’s office. The prosecutor’s office’s response of April 16, 2026, states that active investigative actions are underway.
The key stage should be the interrogation of the deputies who, according to the law, had to vote for the mayor’s bonus.
