The Lviv City Council has published data on the salaries of the city’s leadership for December 2024. According to official information, Lviv Mayor Andriy Sadovyi received UAH 81,085, of which UAH 62,435 remained after taxes.
The mayor’s salary includes a base salary (UAH 22,099), a bonus (UAH 23,108), a bonus for high achievements (UAH 14,812), travel expenses (UAH 11,219), seniority (UAH 6,836) and other additional payments. Almost UAH 19 thousand of taxes and fees were withheld from the total amount.
Interestingly, the deputy mayors received larger sums than their boss. For example, First Deputy Andriy Moskalenko earned UAH 93,138, of which UAH 24,709 was a bonus and UAH 29,416 was a bonus for high achievements.
Deputy for Urban Development Lyubomyr Zubach received UAH 93,165, and Deputy for International Cooperation Serhiy Kiral received UAH 93,894. Yevhen Boyko, the administrator of the executive committee, was paid UAH 87,706, and Iryna Kulynych, the deputy for humanitarian issues, received UAH 84,944.
It is worth noting that last year, the city budget spent UAH 543 thousand on Andriy Sadovyi’s business trips. As a reminder, Sadovyi has been the mayor of Lviv since 2006, receiving the support of 62.8% of voters in the last election, despite his previous statement of refusal to run for office.
