February 26, 2025In January 2025, Lviv Mayor Andriy Sadovyi’s salary exceeded UAH 100,000. According to the data published on the official website of the Lviv City Council, a significant portion of this amount – 32 thousand hryvnias – was a monthly bonus, which is the highest among all the city hall’s management. For business trips, Sadovyi was paid 46 thousand hryvnias, and after all deductions, he received 81.4 thousand hryvnias.
The highest salary among the city council officials in January was received by Deputy Mayor for Urban Development Liubomyr Zubach – 130 thousand hryvnias, of which 85 thousand was a health care allowance. Deputy Mayor for Humanitarian Affairs Iryna Kulynych earned 60.8 thousand hryvnias, including the highest bonus among the deputies for high achievements – over 29 thousand hryvnias.
In December-January, the city budget spent UAH 84 thousand on business trips for Andriy Sadovyi and his two subordinates. In particular, the mayor visited Taiwan, where he held meetings in Taipei and Kaohsiung to develop cooperation and involve Kaohsiung in the Unbroken initiative. His deputy, Serhiy Kiral, traveled to Taiwan, the United States, and Lithuania, and the executive committee’s administrator, Yevhen Boyko, visited Kharkiv and Donetsk regions and Kyiv.
It is worth noting that in 2024, Sadovyi’s travel expenses amounted to more than UAH 760 thousand, while in 2023, he spent UAH 543 thousand on his 29 business trips.
