Mayor Andriy Sadovyi has not yet signed a decree on the new structure of the city council, which he had been pushing so hard at the last meeting.
This information was made public by journalist Iryna Marushkina, according to the Fourth Studio.
It is worth recalling that the deputies were forced to agree to increase the city council staff immediately after Sadovyi publicly announced its reduction.
At today’s meeting of the financial committee, a dispute arose over Kolomeytsev’s request for an additional 400,000 hryvnias for business trips for himself and his subordinates. It turned out that the 500,000 budgeted for this purpose had already been spent.
The situation is worrying. Funds for salaries are running out, and the city’s leadership will have to choose between their own business trips and bonuses and guaranteed pay for ordinary employees who do the basic work while the management travels abroad.
It is difficult for MPs to control this process. Dovzhyk’s promises to seek additional funds to meet all the needs of the Sadovyi administration remain uncommented upon.
