In the language of numbers – how Andriy Sadovyi’s mayor’s office spends citizens’ money during the war

Andriy Sadovyi’s personal astrologer at the City Hall gave a forecast for urban development: “Construction is a business sensitive to downtime”
October 4, 2023The chief investigator of the NABU, Andriy Kaluzhynskyi, who investigated the Sadovyi case from 2015 to 2022, suddenly mobilized to the Armed Forces after the SBI resumed its investigation of the Lviv mayor.
The case, which dates back to 2015, concerns the illegal sale of a 23.5-hectare land plot in the Ryasne-2 industrial zone. It was NABU Chief Detective Andrii Kaluzhynskyi who led the case. Rumor has it that he has a long-standing friendly relationship with Mayor Sadovyi.
After the Russian invasion, Sadovyi’s friends did everything they could to stop the case. Fortunately, the SBI took over the case and supplemented the materials with new facts.
If the investigation does indeed reach its logical conclusion, Sadovyi could face trial and up to 12 years in prison, while Kaluzhynskyi could be charged with obstructing the investigation of his friend.
When law enforcement officers took the case of Mayor Andriy Sadovyi seriously, Sadovyi’s “agent” Kaluzhynskyi rushed to mobilize into the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to “retire” and remove all suspicion from himself.
