The web portal of Lviv city council published information on the salaries of the mayor and his deputies.
Natalia Alekseeva (with a purely Galician surname), who heads the executive committee, became the leader in terms of salary. Her total income is more than UAH 170 thousand, including more than UAH 65 thousand in health care benefits, almost UAH 40 thousand in vacation pay and UAH 28 thousand in bonuses. The official’s net income amounted to UAH 137,629.68.
Iryna Maruniak, Deputy Mayor for Housing and Communal Services, was awarded almost UAH 70 thousand. Among these payments, UAH 28 thousand was a bonus, and a bonus for high performance amounted to UAH 20 thousand.
Andriy Sadovyi himself earned as much as 66 thousand hryvnias as the head of the Lviv City Council. UAH, in fact, he received 53 thousand. In general, both the mayor of Lviv and his deputies receive a bonus that is twice their official salary.
