A scandal erupted in Lviv over the new master plan for the village of Sokilnyky and plans for the village’s development for the next 25 years.
One of the participants in the process, a conditional “voice of the people” used by Sadovyi’s officials and the media controlled by him, is a resident of Sokilnyky village, Halyna Basyuk, who owns a land plot with cadastral number 4623686400:02:000:0063 on Kulparkivska Street and who is very offended that she cannot now farm on her own land plot because the master plan provides for a traffic interchange.
It is worth noting right away that the approval of the new master plan does not in any way burden or make it impossible to farm on this land. Even when it comes to developing a project for a transportation interchange on this site, the owner, by law, will either be offered an equivalent site or bought out at a market price.
So, as we can see, citizen Basyuk is not actually offended by anything, her interests have not been violated. However, she is stubbornly fighting for “her truth” in court, as Sadovyi’s mouthpieces are actively promoting.
It has become known that this pressure is not accidental, as Ms. Basyuk, who is supposed to be in the same share with Mr. Sadovyi, wants a whopping $550,000 for the land plot and the cessation of pressure on Sokilnyky village, and the land plot is already up for sale.
You might think that the plot on the facade, near the road, is attractive for commerce or warehouses, and perhaps this is its real value. No, this plot has numerous restrictions on the runway, navigation equipment, and a noise zone, and as far as we have learned from insiders, the Sokilnyky architecture department even refused to issue Ms. Basyuk with urban planning conditions and restrictions.
Any construction at this location is impossible, given the proximity to the runway of the airfield, but the land is further promoted as “promising for development” and they want more than 550 thousand US dollars. The dealers do not even hide their criminal intentions to deceive by promising to change the purpose of the land, but we do not know whether this service is included in the price.
Despite all the objective and legal restrictions, they brazenly want more than 550 thousand dollars for the land. And here an obvious conclusion arises: they are not selling a piece of land for agriculture, where even a shed cannot be built, they are selling a project called “let’s not allow Sokilnyky village to live and develop freely”!
Not for the land, but for the cessation of political pressure and manipulation, the cessation of litigation and the blocking of all initiatives of the Sokilnyky community, paid off for the right to the future, and the division table was obviously not stingy, as Ms. Basyuk personally defended the “offended resident”, even violating the rules of the Lviv City Council by inviting her to the session hall and giving her word, which was immediately replicated with bright headlines by his mouthpieces. And Mr. Zubach suggested that the Lviv City Council would officially enter into a case regarding the master plan against Sokilnyky village.
It is interesting to note that this is not the first time in history that residents of another community are invited to the session hall to register their commercial interests using the rostrum of the Lviv City Council and preventing deputies from concentrating on the problems of Lviv. When have you ever heard of Lviv residents being allowed to speak to deputies in this way? Don’t worry, it has never been allowed. Ms. Basyuk is number one on the list of privileged persons of the Lviv mayor.
